1. What is FivePlus?

FivePlus developed FivePlusTrax, a dashboard of financial information and trends on your company.  A financial dashboard is designed to provide a simple visual overview of the health and direction of any organization that has financial statements, i.e. balance sheets, income statements (also known as profit and loss, or operating statement) and cash flow statements.

2. How much is a FivePlus subscription?

FivePlusTrax is a month to month subscription of $120.00, and you can cancel at any time.

3. What is your refund policy?

If at any time you are dissatisfied or feel you are not getting your money’s worth from your FivePlus subscription just write us at support@fiveplustrax.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and we will cancel your subscription immediately.

4. How else can I use FivePlusTrax?

In addition to keeping on top of your numbers, you can use FivePlusTrax to showcase your Company to your bank, your investors, employees…anywhere you want to show you are on top of your finances and gain credibility.   You can do this in your Management Console.  Simply add the email addresses of the parties, then add what you want them to see.  Five Plus will send them the Alerts based on your choices, and they will be able to see whatever data you have allowed them to see.

5. I use a bookkeeper to keep track of my finances.  Can I still use FivePlusTrax?

Yes!  You sign up for an account, share your log in information with your bookkeeper.  Then any changes he or she makes to your account automatically show up on your Dashboard in real time.

6. How is my information updated?

By default FivePlusTrax is configured to automatically synchronize the data every 2 hours, as long as you have the QuickBooks file open and the Web Connector running. You can also synchronize the data manually through Web Connector.

7. How do I sign up for FivePlusTrax?

Step One: Click on this link   http://traxdemo.com/Pages/Registration.aspx

Step Two: Once you fill in the information check your email for the verification email. Open the verification email from FivePlusTrax and click the activation link.

Step Three.  Return to www.fiveplustrax.com and log in with your user name and password.

8. What QuickBooks editions does FivePlusTrax work with?

Currently FivePlusTrax is compatible with any version of QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier and Enterprise editions.

9. Doesn’t my bookkeeper already do all this?

Only if you pay them to do so as an extra charge.  Using the power of Cloud computing we can do in seconds what your bookkeeper would take hours to do.  And at a fraction of the cost.

10. What do I do if I do not use any financial software?

Running a business day to day is tough and even harder when you don’t have the right information to make the right decisions.  We built FivePlusTrax to give you that information, but you need to have place of beginning…a firm foundation to stand on and that is the right accounting software.  We recommend and built our product to work with QuickBooks because it’s currently used by over 80% of the market.

11. What is Web Connector and why do I have to download it?

QBWC is QuickBooks Web Connector is a program created by Intuit, owner of QuickBooks, that allows us to connect to your QuickBooks. When opened it allows us to update your financial dashboard. It takes a quick snap shot of your current financial data in your files and then records and saves that information. The Web Connector then pushes this information to your FivePlusTrax Dashboard where it is presented in a series of charts and graphs.

12. How do I log in to FivePlusTrax?

Go to www.fiveplustrax.com and log in.  You can also set your dashboard to be your default start page.  That means every time you start Explorer or Chrome your dashboard refreshes your information to keep you up to speed.  We’ve added a Search bar on your dashboard to make it easy.

13. Can I log in from any computer?

You sure can. You can log in from anywhere, anytime and from any device that is connected to the internet.  Desktop, laptop, table or smartphone!

14. What do I do if my financial software does not integrate with FivePlusTrax?

At this time FivePlusTrax will only integrate with QuickBooks software. If you decide not to use QuickBooks or FivePlusTrax just send us a note and we will cancel your subscription immediately.

15. What type of security does FivePlusTrax have?

We host at Amazon.com, arguably the most secure environment on the planet.  Only FivePlusTrax users have access to the password protected information displayed on their FivePlusTrax Dashboard™. FivePlusTrax account data and QuickBooks data are held in separate secure databases, which ensures complete data anonymity at all times.

16. Is my data safe?

All the data we track for you is stored in FivePlusTrax servers located at Amazon.com, one of the most secure facilities in the world.  All users’ data is broken down and saved into multiple servers so that only the server can make sense of the information. If the information were ever hacked into, none of the numbers would match up.

17. Does anyone have access to my financial data?

At FivePlusTrax we value your privacy as much as we value our own so your data is encrypted so it cannot be read by anyone other than you.  We don’t share your individual data with anyone. Period.

18. How can I protect my FivePlusTrax account?

Don’t share your FivePlusTrax password with anyone unless you want them to see your information. Make sure that your password is complex, including both numbers and capital letters. Be certain that you have virus protection and a firewall on any computer you use to access FivePlusTrax. Don’t install programs from people or companies you don’t know.

19. If someone does manage to steal my FivePlusTrax login information, can they access my QuickBooks data?

No.  FivePlusTrax provides a strictly “read only” view of your FivePlusTrax™ dashboard.  That means if someone stole your password they would only have access to your dashboard, not your QuickBooks file.

20. What information can I monitor in my FivePlusTrax Dashboard™?

We monitor and report to you on all the key information you need to know to keep your business on track….in real time and in English…not accounting.  We track things like accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, cost of goods sold…the building blocks of your business.  And if we see anything getting out of line we shoot you an Alert telling you what the problem is and how to fix it…BEFORE it becomes a problem.

21. How do I set up alerts in my FivePlusTrax Dashboard™?

We’ve done that for you as well.  Part of the beauty of Five Plus is that once you sign have already Setup some alerts based on industry standards, you should see them once you login to your dashboard.

22. How do I change the username on my account?

23. How do I change the password on my account?

To change your password you must first be logged into your FivePlusTrax account with your username and password. Once logged in you will go to your my Profile page. In the password box you enter a new password in submit it again underneath in the Verify Password box. Once you have added your new password click the Save button.

24. How do I cancel my account?

Please send an email to support@fiveplustrax.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription", please specify the "Login email" (this is the email used during registration) in your request.
